We are proud to partner with Social Roots Foundation. Roicia has dedicated 15 years to social work, advocating for families, creating safe spaces for Black women to heal, and empowering individuals through personalized coaching plans. She holds dual master’s degrees in Social Work and Legal Studies, specializing in Mediation and Federal Indian law.
Widely recognized in the nonprofit sector, Roicia has championed causes supporting African American women, Indigenous women, and children who experience the foster care system. Throughout her career, she has worked with hundreds of children and families, providing the patience, care, and support they needed to reach their fullest potential.
Roicia’s greatest joy comes from seeing the impact of her work—children she once helped are now thriving adults, graduating from college, and building fulfilling lives. These success stories continue to fuel her passion for creating lasting change in the lives of others.
